DENALI - Full day trek
* 18 mile trek, 6 hours on the trail

YUKON - Half day trek
* 10 mile trek, 4 hours on the trail
Includes picnic lunch with hot drinks
Return to Chico mid-afternoon

TENDERFOOT Intro trek
* 6 mile trek, 2 hours on the trail
Return to Chico early afternoon
$110 per person
CUSTOM TREKS
Offsite dogsledding ventures available.
You provide the location, we provide the sleds and dog power.
Scheduling demands require that reservations be made well in advance.
* Due to snow conditions and temperatures, trail mileage
may vary; time on trail will remain the same.
MUSHER’S SCHOOL
Hands on 3 day clinic intended for
those wanting to learn more!
Kids age 3 and under free, ages 4-11 half price.

MAKING RESERVATIONS:

A 50% deposit is required at the time you make your reservation with the balance due the day of the trek. The cancellation policy is 36 hours prior to your scheduled date.

DETAILS:
All treks depart daily at 9:15 a.m. only; this assures the best of conditions for the dogs. Meet at the dogsled office located on the premises of Chico Hot Springs.
We provide quality equipment with traditional wooden sleds handcrafted from white ash. Toboggan sleds are available for those with physical challenges.
ATTIRE:
Wear warm and waterproof clothing as if you were going skiing or snowmobiling. Dress in layers wearing warm clothing next to the skin, waterproof clothing on the outside. Include a hat, gloves and snowboots (insulated, high rise boots). Hand and foot warmers are available for purchase. Bring what clothing you have additional apparel is available to assure you are outfitted properly.
SAFETY:
To ensure optimum safety of our guests, guides are trained in First Aid & CPR. An introductory “Mushing 101” class is included prior to hitting the trail.
